磷质量浓度对生物阴极微生物燃料电池脱氮产电的影响

【摘要】 【目的】研究磷对生物阴极微生物燃料电池脱氮的效果。【方法】在试验过程中,向4组反应器阴极液中添加不同质量浓度的磷酸钾,研究了生物阴极型微生物燃料电池(Microbial Fuel Cell,MFC)的脱氮产电性能。【结果】阴极液中添加的硝酸盐量固定为100mg/L,MFC阴极液中磷氮质量浓度比越大,MFC产电性能越差,脱氮效率越低。在添加85.68 m/L磷酸钾量条件下,即磷氮质量浓度比为1∶8条件下,MFC的最高输出电压达到0.42 V,最大功率密度为832.13 mW/m3,阴极硝酸盐去除率最大为87.86%。整个降解过程中总磷几乎没有变化,磷酸根质量浓度先减小后增大,磷酸根可能转化成其他形式的磷。【结论】不同磷氮质量浓度比对MFC生物阴极脱氮产电有一定的影响。

【Abstract】 【Objective】Cosidering the coexistence of phosphorus and nitrogen in the waste water, this article explores the denitrification and electrical performance of Microbial Fuel Cell, MFC at different potassium phosphorus concentration.【Method】Different concentrations of potassium phosphate are added to the cathode solution of the four groups of reactors. The effect of different concentrations of phosphorus was obtained by comparing and analyzing the data of each reactor.【Result】 The concentration of nitrate are added in the cathode solution was fixed at 100 mg/L. The larger the mass concentration ratio of phosphorus and nitrogen in MFC cathode solution, the worse the electrical performance of MFC and the lower the nitrogen removal efficiency. Under the condition of add 85.68 mg/L potassium phosphate concentration, that is, the mass concentration ratio of phosphorus to nitrogen was 1:8, the maximum output voltage of MFC reachesed 422.00 mV and the maximum power density was 832.13 mW/m3. During the whole degradation process, the total P hardly changed. the phosphate concentration first decreased and then increased, and the phosphate might be converted into other forms of phosphorus.【Conclusion】Different phosphorus and nitrogen mass concentration ratios have certain effects on the MFC biocathode denitrification power generation.
