滴灌水肥一体化对陕北沙地枸杞产量和品质的影响

【摘要】 【目的】在滴灌水肥一体化条件下,确定沙地枸杞适宜的施肥种类和施肥量。【方法】采用氮、磷、钾三因素二次D-饱和最优设计,研究了氮、磷、钾不同配施对陕北沙地枸杞生长、产量和品质的影响。【结果】施肥能显著促进枸杞的生长,氮、磷、钾配施枸杞冠幅显著高于单施和不施肥处理,高肥力条件下地径和新枝长度显著高于不施肥处理;枸杞单株产量主要受氮肥的影响,施肥提高了单株产量和百粒质量;施肥能显著提高枸杞多糖及甜菜碱含量,提高果实品质。【结论】陕北沙地枸杞的高产施肥应在保证充足氮肥的基础上,合理配施磷、钾肥;枸杞品质主要受磷肥的影响,增加土壤中全磷量可以有效提高果实品质。

【Abstract】 【Objective】The objective was to determine the suitable fertilization type and amount of Chinese wolfberry under drip fertigation in sandy land.【Method】The design of three factors quadratic D-optimized was adopted to study the effect of different combinations of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on growth, yield and quality of chinese wolfberry. L in northern shaanxi.【Result】Under the condition of high fertility, the diameter and the length of new branches were significantly higher than that under no fertilization. The yield was mainly affected by nitrogen fertilizer. The content of polysaccharide, betaine and the fruit quality were all increased by fertilization.【Conclusion】The fertilization of high yield of chinese wolfberry in sandy soil of northern shaanxi should be carried out based on sufficient nitrogen fertilizer and reasonable application of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer. The quality of chinese wolfberry was mainly affected by phosphate fertilizer.
