乳腺癌患者报告结局与生命质量的遗传因素初探
Preliminary study on genetic factors affecting patient-reported outcomes and quality of life in patients with breast cancer
【摘要】 目的初步探讨影响乳腺癌患者报告结局和生命质量的遗传因素。方法采用文献综述、专家咨询、小组讨论和生物信息查询等方法探索影响疾病发生、发展和转归、个体情绪行为等方面的基因,分析这些基因对患者报告结局、生命质量的可能影响机制。结果对乳腺癌发生、发展有影响基因有:BRCA1/BRCA2、P16、Rb、cyclin D1、PTEN、TP53、PALB2、DAPK、Bcl-2、SNP、ATM、XRCC1、CHEK2、RAD51、Pokemon、MGMT;对恶性转移有影响的基因有:Pokemon、KRT19、nm23、c-erbB-2、EZH2、Maspin;对预后有影响的基因有:p53、c-erbB-2、细胞因子基因、GSTP1、CYPP450;对个人情绪行为有影响的基因有:BRCA1/BRCA2。结论有必要对影响乳腺癌患者报告结局与生命质量相关基因进行深入探讨。
【Abstract】 Objective To preliminarily explore the genetic factors affecting patient-reported outcomes and quality of life in patients with breast cancer. Methods The literature review, expert consultation, panel discussion and biological information query were used to identify the genes that affect the occurrence, development and outcome as well as emotional behaviors of breast cancer and to analyze the possible mechanisms affecting the patient-reported outcomes and quality of life of patients. Results BRCA1/BRCA2, P16, Rb, cyclin D1, PTEN, TP53, PALB2, DAPK, Bcl-2, SNP, ATM, XRCC1, CHEK2, RAD51, Pokemon, and MGMT may affect the occurrence and development of breast cancer. Pokemon, KRT19, nm23, c-erbB-2, EZH2, and Maspin may affect the malignant metastasis. p53, c-erbB-2, Cytokine gene, GSTP1, and CYPP450 may affect the prognosis. The BRCA1/BRCA2 may affect the emotional behaviors. Conclusion It is necessary to conduct in-depth study on the genes affecting patient-reported outcomes and quality of life in patients with breast cancer.
