双向曲扭错层立面的外脚手架施工技术
Construction Technology of Outside Scaffold with Bidirectional,Twisted and Split-level Facade
【摘要】 随着建筑科技的迅速发展,建筑物的外观设计日新月异,为建筑施工带来很大的困难和挑战。以某商业、办公施工总承包工程为例,采用BIM软件建立项目三维结构模型预排外架系统,精确定位立杆、横杆位置,并分析、处理好其与各层飘板支撑的关系;利用广联达模板脚手架三维施工设计软件进行外架支撑系统验算;综述了双向曲扭错层立面的外脚手架施工技术在工程中的应用,解决了双向曲扭错层复杂立面架体安全搭设难题。结果表明,外脚手架整体搭设规范、稳定性好、高空作业安全,不仅避免了返工,保证了结构施工进度;而且整个外架立面整洁、美观,现场文明施工良好。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of construction technology, the appearance of the building design with each passing day, bring a lot of difficulties and challenges for the construction. The paper in a commercial,office construction general contracting project as an example,BIM software is used to establish the pre-stripping outside scaffold system of the three-dimensional structure model of the project,accurately locate the positions of the vertical and horizontal poles,and analyze and deal with the relationship between them and cantilever plates formwork support on each floor; Using the 3D construction design software of Guanglianda formwork and scaffolding to check the calculation of external support system; summarizes the bidirectional, twisted and split-level facade scaffolding construction technology in the engineering application,solved the double twist wrong layer complex facade frame body security build-up problem. The results show that outside scaffolding set-up standard,the stability is good,the work high above the overall safety,not only avoid the rework,guarantees the structure construction progress;And the whole exterior frame facade clean,beautiful,the site civilization construction is good.
