广州某波形钢腹板预应力混凝土连续梁桥力学性能分析
Mechanical Performance Analysis of a Prestressed Concrete Continuous Beam Bridge with Corrugated Steel Webs in Guangzhou
【摘要】 广州某特大桥为波形钢腹板预应力混凝土连续梁桥,由于该桥跨度较大,需对其力学性能进行系统分析,以期为今后波形钢腹板桥的应用提供参考。通过有限元软件MIDAS CIVIL建立了上部结构杆系模型,对主梁上下缘混凝土进行了受力计算。除此之外,波纹钢腹板进行了剪切破坏和剪切屈曲破坏验算,桩基进行了承载能力计算。结果表明,该特大桥结构设计合理,主梁混凝土受力符合规范要求,波形钢腹板不会发生剪切破坏及剪切屈曲破坏,并且桩基具有较大的安全系数。
【Abstract】 A super-long bridge in Guangzhou is a prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge with corrugated steel webs. Due to the large span of the bridge,the mechanical properties need to be systematically analyzed in order to provide a reference for the future application of corrugated steel web bridges. Based on the finite element software MIDAS CIVIL,the member model of the upper structure was established. On this basis,the mechanical properties of the upper and lower edge concrete of the main girder was calculated. In addition,the shear failure and shear buckling failure of the corrugated steel webs and the bearing capacities of the piles were checked. The results show that the structural design of the super-long bridge is reasonable,the stress of the main beam concrete meets the requirements of the codes.Moreover,the corrugated steel webs will not undergo shear failure and shear buckling failure,and the piles have a large safety factor.
