【Abstract】 Teaching supervision is one of the important links of the teaching quality assurance and monitoring system within colleges.It plays an important role in strengthening the teaching management,promoting the teaching reform and improving the teaching quality.Colleges and universities need to be guided by continuous improvement.They should scientifically construct the organizational mechanism of teaching supervision,improve the management system of teaching supervision,set up a high-quality teaching supervision team,enrich the content of teaching supervision,innovate the working mode of teaching supervision,construct the communication mechanism of two-way supervision information and create a harmonious cultural atmosphere of teaching supervision.Though these aspects,colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of teaching supervision system in colleges and universities,and improve the level of teaching supervision in colleges and universities.更多还原
