【摘要】 政治技能已成为大学生综合素质的重要组成部分,然而对大学生政治技能的影响因素却缺乏实证研究。研究以某A高校的本科学生为样本,通过多元回归分析方法,研究发现:学生个体基本特征中的职业生涯规划、政治面貌以及学校培养环境中的参与学生组织、担任学生干部、教师引导学习、参加相关课程学习共6个因素是最为重要的影响因素,它们对大学生政治技能产生了显著正向影响,且影响程度较高,其他因素的影响则不显著。研究建议从大学生政治技能影响因素着手,整合学生、学校以及家庭三个方面力量,促进大学生政治技能的提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Political skills have become an important part of the comprehensive quality of college students,but there is a lack of empirical research on the factors affecting college students′ political skills.Taking the undergraduate students of A university as a sample and using multiple regression analysis,this research finds that career planning and political status in individual students′ basic characteristics,participating in student organizations,serving as student cadres,teacher′s guided learning and participating in related courses in the school′s training environment are the most important influencing factors.All of them have a significant and positive impact on college students′ political skills,and the degree of impact is relatively high.However,the impact of other factors is insignificant.The research suggests the promotion should start from the influencing factors of college students′ political skills and integrating three forces of students,schools and families,aiming to promote the improvement of college students′ political skills.更多还原
