新工科建设背景下车辆工程专业培养方案分析与改革探索
Analysis and Reform of the Training Plan of Vehicle Engineering Specialty in the New Era
【摘要】 汽车"新四化"高速发展和"新工科"建设的推进,对车辆工程专业人才培养提出了新的要求。传统的车辆工程培养方案滞后于汽车技术的快速发展和复合型人才素质需求,需要进行更大力度地改革。以汽车产业"新四化"为背景,对12所重点高校的车辆工程人才培养方案进行数据量化和对比分析,探讨培养方案中普遍存在的共性问题。在此基础上,结合中国农业大学车辆工程专业建设和工程教育专业认证经验,提出了融合软件编程、新能源动力与机器学习方法的"智能车辆专业"的改革思路和措施,以期为车辆工程专业人才培养方案改革提供参考和借鉴。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of new "four modernizations" and the promotion of "new engineering" construction,new requirements are put forward for the talents of vehicle engineering.The traditional vehicle engineering training program still lags behind the rapid development of automobile technology and the demand for the quality of compound talents,which needs to be reformed more vigorously.Based on the background of the new "four modernizations" of automobile industry,this paper makes data quantification and comparative analysis on the training programs of vehicle engineering talents in 12 key universities,and investigates the common problems in the training programs.On this basis,combined with the experience of the construction of vehicle engineering specialty and the certification of engineering education specialty of China Agricultural University,this paper puts forward the reform ideas and measures of "intelligent vehicle specialty" integrating software programming,new energy power and machine learning methods,in order to provide reference and reference for the reform of personnel training program of vehicle engineering specialty.
