【摘要】 资源协同是随着新型产业发展而出现的一种资源整合方式,在教育、医学、交通和体育等诸多领域发挥着不可替代的作用。以资源协同为工具,通过分析基于资源协同的大学生创业能力影响因素,探讨能力要素结构对大学生创业的影响,阐述了创业能力信度的量表,实现了资源协同下的模型构建。结果表明:领导能力是影响大学生创业能力的主要因素;教学资源相关性较差,对创业影响较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Resource synergy is a kind of resource integration method that emerges with the development of new industries.It plays an irreplaceable role in many fields such as education,medicine,transportation and sports.By using resource synergy as a tool,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of college students′ entrepreneurial ability based on resource synergy,discusses the influence of competency factor structure on college students′ entrepreneurship,expounds the scale of entrepreneurial ability reliability,and realizes the model construction under resource synergy.The results show that leadership ability is the main factor affecting college students′ entrepreneurial ability,the relevance of teaching resources is poor,and the impact on entrepreneurship is small.更多还原
