Fascin1和p-ERK表达与神经胶质瘤侵袭性的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的探讨肌成束蛋白(Fascin-1)、磷酸化细胞外信号调节激酶(p-ERK)与神经胶质瘤侵袭性的相关性。方法选取2016年6月-2018年11月期间,到我院神经外科手术治疗的94例神经胶质瘤患者手术标本,其中有Ⅰ级32例、Ⅱ级28例、Ⅲ级22例、Ⅳ级12例。选取同期正常脑组织标本30例作为对照组。比较各组间血清Fascin1、p-ERK、TIMP-1、MMP-9、TIMP-1/MMP-9水平以及Fascin1、p-ERK的组织表达情况。结果神经胶质瘤患者血清Fascin1、p-ERK、TIMP-1、MMP-9、TIMP-1/MMP-9水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅳ级患者血清Fascin1、p-ERK、TIMP-1、MMP-9、TIMP-1/MMP-9水平显著高于Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级(P<0.05);Ⅲ级患者血清Fascin1、p-ERK、TIMP-1、MMP-9、TIMP-1/MMP-9水平显著高于Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级(P<0.05)。神经胶质瘤Fascin1、p-ERK表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅲ级~Ⅳ级神经胶质瘤中Fascin1、p-ERK表达明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ级(P<0.05)。经过Pearson相关性分析,Fascin1、p-ERK与TIMP-1、MMP-9、TIMP-1/MMP-9均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 Fascin1、p-ERK与神经胶质瘤侵袭性有密切关系,可能成为反映神经胶质瘤侵袭能力的敏感指标。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between myosin(Fascin-1),phosphorylated extracellular sig-nal regulated kinase(p-ERK)and invasiveness of gliomas.MethodsFrom June,2016 to November,2018,94 cases ofgliomas were treated by neurosurgery in our hospital. There were 32 cases of grade Ⅰ,28 cases of Ⅱ,22 cases of Ⅲand 12 cases of Ⅳ. The patients were divided into four groups:grade Ⅰ(n=32),grade Ⅲ(n=28)and grade Ⅳ(n=12). 30 casesof normal brain tissue in the same period were selected as control group. The levels of serum Fascin1,p-ERK,TIMP-1,MMP-9,TIMP-1/MMP-9 and the tissue expression of Fascin1,p-ERK were compared among the three groups. ResultsCompared with control group,the level of serum Fascin1,p-ERK,TIMP-1,MMP-9,TIMP-1/MMP-9 in patients with glio-ma were significantly higher(P<0.05). Compared with Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ level,the level of serum Fascin1,p-ERK,TIMP-1,MMP-9,TIMP-1/MMP-9 in patients with Ⅳ level was significantly higher(P<0.05). Compared with Ⅰ,Ⅱ level,the levelof serum Fascin1,p-ERK,TIMP-1,MMP-9,TIMP-1/MMP-9 in patients with Ⅲ level was significantly higher(P<0.05).The expression of Fascin1,p-ERK in glioma were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The expressionof Fascin1,p-ERK in gliomas of grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ were significantly higher than that of gradeⅠ-Ⅱ(P<0.05). Pearson correla-tion analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between Fascin1,p-ERK and TIMP-1,MMP-9,TIMP-1/MMP-9(P<0.05).ConclusionFascin1,p-ERK are closely related to the invasiveness of gliomas and may be a sensitive index toreflect the invasiveness of gliomas.
