双一流战略下高校新入职教师执教能力培养体系构建与实践
Construction and Practice of Teaching Ability Training System for New Teachers in Universities under Double First-class Strategy
【摘要】 双一流战略的提出可以促进本科教育的内涵式发展,也为高校可持续性健康成长提供了良好契机。同时,双一流建设对高校教师教育和培养提出了更高的要求。在双一流背景下,本文针对高校教师队伍呈现的显著特点和存在问题,构建了一个较为系统的新入职教师执教能力培养提升与评价考核体系,并进行了实践和探索。结果表明,该体系可以全方位提升高校新入职教师的教育教学能力,推动高校专业教师队伍建设,提高本科层次人才培养质量。
【Abstract】 The proposal of double first-class strategy can promote the connotative development of undergraduate education. It also provides a good opportunity for the sustainable and healthy growth of colleges and universities. At the same time, the double first-class construction has put forward higher requirements for the education and training of teachers in colleges and universities. Under the background of double first-class, aiming at the obvious characteristics and existing problems of university teachers, this paper constructed a relatively systematic system of training, improving and evaluating the teaching ability of new teachers, and carried out practice and exploration. The results show that the system can improve the education and teaching ability of new teachers, promote the construction of professional teachers and improve the quality of undergraduate talents training.
