【摘要】 创新能力是高素质人才的重要特征。处于高等教育顶端的研究生教育,担负起培养人才和发展科技的双重任务。我国研究生教育自改革开放以来得到了迅猛发展。特别是近十年来,招生人数和办学规模急剧扩大,与之也来了研究生创新能力不足、培养质量下降等诸多问题。文章实际分析了研究生培养现状,提出了地方高校提升研究生创新能力的若干举措,并将它作为结合地方院校进行实践的一个典型案例。更多还原

【Abstract】 Innovative ability is an important feature of high-quality talent. Postgraduate education at the top of higher education takes on the dual task of cultivating talents and developing science and technology. China’s postgraduate education has developed rapidly since the reform and opening up. In particular, in the past ten years, the number of students enrolled and the scale of running schools have expanded dramatically, and there have been many problems such as insufficient innovation ability of graduate students and declining quality of training. On the basis of summarizing the current situation of postgraduate innovation ability, this paper puts forward some measures to improve the innovation ability of graduate students, and takes it as a typical case of combining local colleges and universities.
