【摘要】 中药是我国的巨大财富,具有药效广泛、毒副作用小的特点,近几年,越来越多的中药在肿瘤治疗方面发挥作用。但由于中药化学成分复杂、药理机制众多,目前对中药多靶点之间相互联系了解不够深入,以至于研究进程缓慢。本文整理归纳了近几年国内外中药抗肿瘤作用机制的研究,为中药的临床使用提供一定的理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is a great asset of our country. It has the characteristics of extensive efficacy and low side effects. In recent years, more and more TCM is playing a role in tumor treatment. However, due to the complex chemical components and numerous pharmacological mechanisms of TCM, the understanding of the interrelation and influence among multiple targets of TCM is not deep enough, so the research progress is slow. This article summarizes the research on anti-tumor mechanism of action of TCM at home and abroad in recent years. This reviews provides a certain theoretical basis for the clinical use of TCM.更多还原
