填料种类对聚氨酯/白炭黑/CIIR阻尼复合材料性能影响的研究
The Effect of Filler to Polyurethane/Silica/CIIR Damping Composites
【摘要】 本文以液化二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和分子量为2000的聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG2000)为原料,制备聚氨酯(PU)预聚体,而后与白炭黑共混制得聚氨酯/白炭黑(PU/silica,简称Psi)预混物,再将Psi预混物与氯化丁基橡胶(CIIR)共混,制备了Psi/CIIR阻尼复合材料,研究了不同填料对Psi/CIIR阻尼复合材料硫化特性、力学性能、阻尼性能的影响。研究表明,添加填料后,延长了Psi/CIIR混炼胶的T90,但提高了混炼胶的MH和(MH-ML)。添加云母与玻璃微珠,都在一定程度上使复合材料的力学强度降低。填料改性在不同程度上使复合材料的tanδ峰值向高温方向移动,并有效拓宽了复合材料的阻尼温域,其中以添加云母的阻尼效果最佳,有效阻尼温域提高到了130℃左右。
【Abstract】 Novel isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer was prepared based on liquified diphenyl methane diisocyanate(MDI) and polytetrahydrofuranediol with molecular weight of 2000(PTMG2000), and then blended with silica to form premixed polyurethane/silica(hereafter referred to Psi). Polyurethane/silica/CIIR composite was prepared by blended premixed Psi with CIIR. The effects of different fillers on the vulcanization properties, mechanical properties and damping properties of Psi/CIIR damping composite was studied. Research surface: the addition of inorganic fillers into the system lengthened the optimum vulcanization time and magnified the torque and(MH-ML) of Psi/CIIR blends. The mechanical performance of the composites blending with mica and glass bead were reduced. The tanδmax of the composites moved to higher temperature and broaden damping temperature range when inorganic fillers were added in composites. Mica to composite have the positive effect on the damping properties, which the effective damping temperature range broadening to 130 ℃.
