本科生科研思维与实践能力的培养——以节能减排大赛为例
Cultivation of Scientific Research Thinking and Practical Ability of Undergraduates:Taking Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Competition as an Example
【摘要】 科研思维是科学研究的灵魂,决定着研究的高度;实践能力是科学研究的关键,决定着研究的深度。本文将以"大学生节能减排大赛"的参赛过程为例,从学生的视角简要介绍在应用化学与食品工程的碰撞下,如何利用所学知识,结合学科特色解决实际问题,进行科研思维与实践能力的训练。
【Abstract】 Scientific research thinking is the soul of scientific research, which determines the height of research; practical ability is the key to scientific research, which determines the depth of research. Taking the participation process of "Energy conservation and emission reduction competition" as an example, this paper mainly from the perspective of students introduced how to use what they have learned to solve practical problems combined with discipline characteristics, and to train scientific research thinking and practical ability under the collision of the applied chemistry and food engineering.
