碘催化下α-酮酰胺的合成

【摘要】 推荐一个有机化学实验—碘催化下α-酮酰胺的合成。实验内容包括在I2/DMSO体系中芳基甲基酮和吗啉发生氧化偶联反应合成α-酮酰胺化合物,采用红外光谱、核磁共振等检测手段对其结构进行表征。本实验将科研热点引入实验教学中,不仅提高了学生的实验操作技能,而且激发了学生的科研兴趣和创新理念。

【Abstract】 A new organic chemical experiment, "Synthesis of α-ketoamides catalyzed by iodine", was recommended for undergraduates. This experiment included the synthesis of α-Ketoamides by iodine-promoted oxidative cross-coupling of phenyl methyl ketones with morpholine using tert-butyl hydroperoxide as oxidant in dimethyl sulfoxide as the solvent, and the structure of target product was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy. In this experiment, the hot spot of scientific research was introduced into experimental teaching, which not only improves students’ experimental operation skills, but also stimulates students’ interest in scientific research and innovative ideas.
