高效液相色谱法测定植物中马来酰肼的残留量

【摘要】 针对目前已有的马来酰肼检测方法设计萝卜和茶叶两种植物样本中马来酰肼残留量的检测,建立萝卜和茶叶中马来酰肼的高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测方法。采用不同的提取方法,以甲醇-水为流动相,在紫外203nm处进行检测,外标法定量。结果表明,此方法适合检测两种植物样本中的马来酰肼残留,回收率为88%~96%,变异系数小于25%符合农药残留测定的要求。

【Abstract】 According to the existing male hydrazide detection method, design the detection of male hydrazide residues in two plant samples of radish and tea, and establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) detection method for male hydrazide in radish and tea. The two plant samples use different extraction methods, the piants samples were separated column using methanol-water as mobile phase. It was quantified by external standards method and determined at UV 2053 nm. The results show that this method is suitable for detecting maleic hydrazide residues in two plant samples, recoveries were between 88 %~96 % with RSDs less than 25 %. This method could be used to determine the maleic hydrazide in the piants.
