基于Pt-Pd双金属纳米材料修饰石墨烯的适体传感器研究
Aptamer Sensor Based on Pt Pd Bimetallic Nanomaterials Modified Graphene
【摘要】 利用石墨烯与纳米材料复合掺杂或改性,充分结合二者的优点,从而材料具备特有的性能。研究用Pt-Pd双金属纳米材料修饰石墨烯复合纳米材料为固载基底载体,进一步固载电活性物质标记的抗体生物分子hemin和酶分子,以此来构建选择性好、高灵敏电流型免疫传感器。
【Abstract】 Graphene is modified by its structural defects and its unique surface groups to make it have specific functions or to be compounded with other nano materials. In this paper, Pt Pd bimetallic nanomaterials were used to modify graphene composite nanomaterials as the carrier for immobilizing antibody biomolecules(hemin and enzyme molecules) labeled by electroactive substances, so as to prepare biological nanoprobes. The biological nanoprobes with recognition and signal amplification functions were assembled on the sensing interface to construct a selective and highly sensitive amperometric immunosensor.
