鹿茸草蜡状物中的化学成分
Chemical Constituents from the Waxy Substance of Monochasma Savatieri Franch
【摘要】 目的研究玄参科植物棉毛鹿茸草(MonochasmasavatieriFranch.)腊状物中的化学成分。方法鹿茸草全草乙醇提取物用石油醚萃取,萃取物用硅胶柱色谱分离,石油醚洗脱,得白色腊状物,GC-MS方法分离、鉴定了其中的化学成分。结果鹿茸草蜡状物中得到12个化合物,属于饱和脂肪酸,不饱和脂肪酸,芳香酸以及它们的酯类,以棕榈酸为主。结论首次采用GC-MS方法从鹿茸草蜡状物中确定了12个化合物的结构。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the Chemical constituents from the waxy substance of Monochasma savatieri Franch. Methods: The ethanol extract of Monochasma savatieri Franch was extracted with petroleum ether. The extract was separated by Silica Gel column chromatography and eluted by petroleum ether to obtain white waxy substance. The chemical constituents were separated and determined by GC-MS. Results: Twelve compounds were isolated from the waxy substance of Monochasma savatieri Franch, belonging to fatty acid, unsaturated fat, aromatic acids and their esters, mainly palmitic acid. Conclusion: The structures of 12 compounds were separated and identified by GC-MS from the waxy substance of Monochasma savatieri Franch s for the first time.
