【摘要】 新型冠状病毒肺炎目前临床上多采用对症治疗的方式,无特效治疗药物,所以"老药新用"无疑是最理想的研发策略。甘草酸二铵是临床治疗慢性肝炎的药物,通过减轻炎症因子风暴,减少炎症性疾病重症化而发挥治疗作用,还具有潜在的抗病毒作用。COVID-19除与病毒引起的直接组织损伤有关外,更有可能与炎症因子风暴有关,因此本研究建议甘草酸二铵用于新型冠状病毒肺炎的辅助治疗。本文对甘草酸二铵的药理作用和临床应用进行总结梳理,通过分析COVID-19的病因病理机制,为甘草酸二铵用于COVID-19的辅助治疗提供理论基础和合理建议,可供同行合理参考之用。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, symptomatic treatment is mostly used in the clinic, and there is no effective inhibitory drug for COVID-19. Diammonium glycyrrhizinate is an ammonium salt of glycyrrhizic acid, which is the main active ingredient in G. uralensis. It is a kind of drug with strong activity for treating chronic hepatitis. It has strong anti-inflammatory, protective effect on hepatocyte membrane and improving liver function. The cause of severe COVID-19 is not only correlated with direct tissue injury caused by virus,but also probably associated with the cytokine storm. Glycyrrhizin is able to alleviate the cytokine storm,prevent multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and acute respiratory distress syndrome,and has the antiviral potency. Therefore,we suggest that glycyrrhizin should be applied in the treatment of COVID-19. This paper summarized the pharmacological action and clinical application of diammonium glycyrrhizinate, and also analyzed the etiology, pathogenesis and dialectical treatment of COVID-19 from the perspective.更多还原
