【Abstract】 A comprehensive organic chemistry experiment, the synthesis experiment of Luminol, is designed based on the principle of synthesis methodology. The students chose the appropriate synthesis route of luminol though literature review and then explored the reaction conditions of hydrazinolysis and nitro reduction in groups. The experimental products are characterized by ~1H-NMR and MS. and cultivated the students by selecting the experimental route, exploring the teaching process of reaction conditions and product characterization in groups. The students can perform the training of team-work spirit and innovation consciousness, the deep understanding of synthesis methodology, and the promoting of experimental ability in the above teaching process.更多还原
