超高分子量聚乙烯高温降解产物的研究
Study on High Temperature Degradation Products of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene
【摘要】 国内外对常规聚乙烯热解做了较为深入研究,但少有学者对超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)的高温降解产物进行研究,本文通过研究发现:在高温下,UHMWPE与常规聚乙烯降解产物成分相似,主要为C30以内的烷烃、烯烃,UHMWPE也可通过裂解法回收,用于制备聚乙烯蜡和液体燃料。
【Abstract】 The pyrolysis of conventional polyethylene has been studied deeply at home and abroad, but few scholars have studied the high-temperature degradation products of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE). In this paper, it is found that the components of UHMWPE and conventional polyethylene degradation products are similar at high temperature, mainly alkanes and alkenes within C30, and UHMWPE can also be recovered by pyrolysis for the preparation of polyethylene wax and liquid fuel.
