高效液相色谱非接触电导检测法测定头孢噻肟钠的含量

【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱非接触电导检测法测定头孢噻肟钠含量的新方法。方法:采用AquasilC18色谱柱;流动相:乙腈︰水(5︰95);流速:1.0 mL/min;进样量:10μL,检测器:非接触电导检测器(激发频率60 kHz,激发电压60Vp-p)。结果:头孢噻肟在0.51~3.04μg进样量范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9997);RSD(n=6)为0.8%;平均回收率(n=9)为100.4%。结论:本方法简单便捷、重复性好、灵敏度高、快速准确,适用于头孢噻肟钠的含量测定。

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a new method for the rapid determination of cefotaxime sodium by high performance liquid chromatography with contactless conductivity detection. Methods: The method was performed by using a colmn of Aquasil C18, with the mobile phase of 5 % acetonitrile aqueous solution, at flow rate of 1.0 m L/min, and jnjection volume of 10 μL, determination of cefotaxime sodium by contactless conductivity detection(excitation frequency: 60 kHz, excitation voltage: 60 Vp-p). Results: The linear range of cefotaxime sodium was 0.51~3.04 μg(r=0.9997) and the average recovery was 100.4 %(n=9) while repeatability RSD was 0.8 %(n=6). Conclusion: The method is convenient, reproducible, sensitive, rapid and accurate, and is suitable for the rapid determination of cefotaxime sodium.
