食品工厂中喷雾干燥系统的空气处理研究
Study on Air Handling for Spray Drying System in Food Factory
【摘要】 喷雾干燥技术是食品行业中最常用的干燥方式之一,本文通过分析喷雾干燥的原理和流程,立足食品安全和卫生,从喷雾干燥系统内的空气处理和车间环境的空气处理两个方面,系统分析了食品工厂中喷雾干燥车间的空气处理方式,以期为食品工厂设计提供一定参考。
【Abstract】 Spray drying technology is one of the most commonly used drying methods in the food industry. By analyzing the principle and process of spray drying, based on food safety and sanitation, this paper systematically analyzes and summarizes the air handling for spray drying workshop in food factory from two aspects: air handling in spray drying system and air handling in workshop environment, so as to provide certain reference for food factory design.
