二氢杨梅素的检测、药效及药代学研究进展
Advances in the Detection, Pharmacodynamics and Pharmacokinetics of Dihydromyricetin
【摘要】 二氢杨梅素(Dihydromyricetin, DMY)是藤茶中一种重要的活性物质,具有抗氧化、抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗疲劳、消炎、解酒护肝等奇特功效,在食品工业和制药工业中应用非常广泛。本文从DMY的结构鉴定、含量测定、药效、药代动力学等方面进行综述,以期为DMY的深入研究及进一步开发利用提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 Dihydromyricetin(DMY) is an important active substance in rattan tea, with antioxidant, antibacterial,anti-tumor, anti-fatigue, anti-inflammatory, anti-alcohol, liver protection and other bioactive effects, which is widely used in the food and pharmaceutical industry. In this study, the structure identification, content determination, efficacy and pharmacokinetics of DMY were reviewed, so as to provide theoretical basis for the indepth research and further development and utilization of DMY.
