跨文化交际作用下PBL驱动的产品协同研发能力培训方法研究

【摘要】 本文围绕跨文化交际作用下PBL驱动的产品协同研发能力培训问题,结合当前产品研发元素多元化、产品市场全球化的趋势,通过在产品协同研发PBL培训中引入跨文化交际的维度,构建了包括该维度的产品协同研发能力培训机制与相应的课程体系,并以"产品数字化设计能力拓展"PBL培训课程的教学实践为案例,分别阐述了在讲授阶段、Lab Work阶段与展示汇报总结阶段建立跨文化冲突典型场景观测点模型,以及从产品协同研发过程、产品跨文化协同研发能力两方面解析跨文化交际的作用机理与影响机制的方法与途径。实证研究表明,跨文化交际在相应课程中的引入对产品协同研发能力提升具有重要的促进作用。

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on PBL-driven product collaborative R&D capability training method in the context of intercultural communicatio. Because of the current diversification of product R&D and the globalization of product market, the intercultural communication dimension is introduced to the product collaborative R&D PBL training course, and the corresponding ability training mechanism and curriculum system under this dimension is built. Then, a typical scene observation point model for intercultural conflicts in the teaching stage, Lab Work stage and Presentation stage, are described based on the teaching practice of the "Product digital R&D Comprehensive Experiment", which is a PBL course. Finally, the mechanism and influence of intercultural communication are analyzed from the aspects of product collaborative R&D process and product intercultural collaborative R&D capability. The experimental results show that the introduction of intercultural communication in the curriculum has positive influence on capability of product collaborative R&D.
