【摘要】 新《消防法》明确了消防设计审查验收由住建部门承担,但住建部门应该承担的是整个建设阶段消防工程的监管。消防功能本身就是工程质量的一部分,是住建部门的管理范畴。消防工程的特殊性又对消防管理提出了新要求,消防设计审查验收与全过程监管有有着不同和联系。本文从建设阶段消防工程的监管问题出发,分析了新《消防法》条件下,住建部门应如何实施消防工程全过程监管。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new fire protection law makes it clear that the inspection and acceptance of fire design should be undertaken by the construction department,but the construction department should undertake the supervision of fire protection in the whole construction stage.Fire function itself is a part of the project quality,is the management category of the construction department.The particularity of fire protection puts forward new requirements for fire management.There are differences and connections between fire protection design examination and acceptance and whole process supervision.Based on the supervision of fire protection in the construction stage,this paper analyzes how the residential construction department should carry out the whole process supervision of fire protection under the condition of the new fire protection law.更多还原
