【摘要】 基于系统思维理论,以县(市)城镇工程质量为研究对象,将影响县(市)城镇工程质量管理的因素看作一个系统,划分为宏观行业监管、企业质量管理、工程项目质量管理三个维度,分别从宏观、中观和微观视角,梳理县(市)城镇工程质量管理的框架和内容,明确影响县(市)城镇工程质量问题的因素,将具体要素进行结构化分解,构建质量管理影响因素的完整框架体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of system thinking,taking county(city) urban engineering as the research object,the factors that affect the quality management of county(city) urban engineering are regarded as a system,which are divided into three dimensions: macro-industry supervision,enterprise quality management and project quality management. From the macro,meso and micro dimensions,this paper combs the framework and content of county(city) urban engineering quality management,clarifies the influencing factors that affect the quality of county(city) urban engineering,decomposes the specific elements structurally,and constructs a complete framework system of the influencing factors of quality management.更多还原
