【Abstract】 In view of the problems existing in the cost management under EPC general contracting mode of assembly construction,this paper puts forward some measures to solve the problem of cost management:to apply BIM technology in EPC general contracting mode of fabricated buildings,and build a cost management system based on BIM technology to solve some problems in cost management,which can be reduced the cost of prefabricated buildings accordingly;thus,it provides ideas for solving the cost problem of prefabricated buildings and promotes the development of prefabricated buildings.更多还原
