某装载机驱动桥桥壳弯-扭疲劳试验加载方法研究
Research on Loading Method of Bending-Torsion Fatigue Test of Drive Axle Housing of a Loader
【摘要】 针对某新型装载机驱动桥桥壳的室内模拟疲劳试验,采用两只直线加载作动器解决桥壳的弯-扭两自由度实时加载需求。在不改变弯矩的前提下,采用垂直向上加载替代垂直向下加载,解决桥壳自身连接螺栓强度不足的难题,并通过二次开发试验系统软件,实现弯-扭载荷谱无相位差加载,为复杂的多自由度加载试验提供解决方法,拓宽技术途径。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the indoor simulation fatigue test of drive axle housing of a new loader, two linear loading actuators are used to solve the real-time loading demand of axle housing with two degrees of freedom in bending and torsion. On the premise of not changing the bending moment, vertical upward loading is used instead of vertical downward loading to solve the problem of insufficient strength of connecting bolts of axle housing. Bending-torsion load spectrum is loaded without phase difference through the secondary development of test system software. It provides a solution for the complex multi degrees of freedom loading test and broadens technical approaches.
