一种实现回转侧向卸料装载机的探讨
Discussion on a Kind of Loader Realizing Rotary Side Unloading
【摘要】 在正面卸料装载机标准作业循环中,装载机必须做圆弧和直线运动保证整机的前进方向垂直于料堆或卡车(轨迹近似于V形),需要必要的运动距离及制动、换向和启动等动作,从而需要消耗更多时间和能量。在侧卸装载机的设计中,铲斗的一侧或两侧是敞开的,铲斗的容量不能获得更大值,造成整机功效比不能获得更大值,侧卸距离也很难实现更大值。介绍一种创新的实现回转卸料方式的装载机设计思路,在使用两侧封闭的标准铲斗时,通过回转机构驱动实现铲斗左右侧向卸料,不必保证整机的前进方向垂直于卡车,从而实现作业循环运动距离更短,铲装功效比更高,进一步获得更高的生产效率以及更低的能耗。
【Abstract】 In the standard operation cycle of loader with front unloading, the loader must do circular and linear motion to ensure that the forward direction of the whole machine is perpendicular to the material pile or truck(the track is similar to V-shape).It requires necessary movement distance and actions such as braking, reversing and starting, which consumes more time and energy. In the design of loader with side unloading, one side or both sides of the bucket are open, so the capacity of the bucket cannot get a large value. As a result, the efficiency ratio of the whole machine cannot get a larger value, and it is difficult to achieve a larger value of the side unloading distance. An innovative design idea of the loader to realize the rotary unloading mode is introduced. When using the standard bucket with both sides closed, the bucket is driven by the rotary mechanism to realize left and right side unloading without the forward direction of the whole machine perpendicular to the truck, so as to achieve shorter movement distance of operation cycle, higher efficiency ratio of bucket loading, and further obtain higher production efficiency and lower energy consumption.
