【摘要】 为观察改良LIFT术治疗高位复杂性括约肌间肛瘘的临床效果,将本院收治的120例高位复杂性括约肌间肛瘘患者,随机分为LIFT组和传统组,各60例。LIFT组给予改良LIFT术治疗,传统组给予低位切开高位挂线术治疗。观察比较两组患者术后疼痛程度、创面愈合时间、排便通畅度、肛门功能、不良反应及临床疗效。结果显示,LIFT组患者治疗总有效率为98.33%,高于传统组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);但LIFT组术后创面疼痛程度及并发症发生率均低于传统组,创面愈合时间短于传统组,排便通畅度及肛门功能明显高于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结果表明,与传统低切高挂术相比改良LIFT术具有良好疗效,能减轻创面疼痛,缩短创面愈合时间,降低术后便秘、肛门功能受损及复发的发生率,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was to observe the clinical effect of modified LIFT(ligation of intershincteric fistula tract)in the treatment of high complex intersphincteric fistula in ano(HCISF),randomly divided 120 HCISF patients treated in author’s hospital into LIFT group(60 cases,received modified LIFT procedure)and routine group(60 cases,low incision &high drawing procedure);then,compared both groups’ patients’ pain intensity,wound-surface healing time,the smooth degree during defecation,anal function,unward reaction,as well clinical effect.As results,in total effective rate,in wound-surface pain intensity and complication incidence,in wound-surface healing time,as well in the smooth degree of defecation and anal function,LIFT group was respectively and significantly higher(98.33% vs 86.67%),lower,shorter,as well higher than routine group(all,P <0.05).Results show that compared to low incision &high drawing procedure LIFT has more higher effect,can more alleviate wound-surface pain,more shorter wound-surface healing time,and more reduce the incidence of postoperative constipation,the incidence of anal function injuried,as well of recurrence,thus is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.更多还原
