【摘要】 为观察通结除胀汤口服治疗不完全性肠梗阻的临床疗效,将60例不完全性肠梗阻患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予禁食,抗感染,静脉营养支持,纠正水电解质紊乱和酸碱平衡失调等对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予以通结除胀汤口服,观察两组疗效、主要症状积分和腹部X线平片积分。结果显示,治疗组疗效,主要症状积分和腹部X线平片积分均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,通结除胀汤能通腑降气、泻下通便,用于治疗不完全性肠梗阻疗效确切,值得在临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was to observe the clinical effect of orally administering Tongjie Chuzhang Tang(a TCM decoction,shortly named as Tang)in the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction(IIO),randomly divided 60 IIO patients into control group(30 cases,received target treatment such as fast,auti-infection,intravenous nutrition support,correcting hydro-electrolyte disorder and acid-base inbalance,etc)and treatment group(30 cases,based on control group,added with Tang);then,observed and compared both groups’ effect,main symptoms’ totalled points,and abdominal X-ray film’s totalled points.As results,in above-mentioned three indexes treatment group was all superior to control group(P <0.05).Results show that Tang for IIO has certain effect due to its role of checking upward adverse flow by catharsis,and diarrhea to smooth feces.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.更多还原
