【摘要】 为探讨改良式灌肠法在慢性溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者治疗中的应用效果,选取2017年10月至2019年10月于我院接受中药保留灌肠治疗的116例慢性UC患者,根据随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,每组58例。对照组采用传统灌肠法,观察组采用改良式灌肠法。比较2组临床疗效及护理满意度。结果显示,观察组灌肠液保留时间长于对照组,临床症状缓解时间短于对照组,临床总有效率明显高于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,应用改良式灌肠法对慢性UC患者进行中药灌肠治疗,可延长药液体内保留时间,有利于提高治疗效果,提高护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the effect of modified enema in the treatment of patients with chronic ulcerative colitis(UC),116 patients with chronic UC who received traditional chinese medicine retention enema in author’s hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the method of random number table,58 cases in each group.Traditional enema was used in the control group and modified enema was used in the observation group.The clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.As results,the retention time of enema fluid in the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the remission time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P <0.05.The results show that the modified enema method can prolong the retention time of the medicine in the patients with chronic UC,improve the therapeutic effect and enhance the nursing satisfaction degree.更多还原
