【摘要】 目的研究中医特色社区健康管理体系对老年性骨关节炎患者健康意识的影响。方法研究对象选取收治的老年性骨关节炎患者94例,根据接受中医特色健康教育、康复指导与否分为观察组、对照组,其中观察组38例,对照组56例。比较两组患者经过健康干预后的疼痛、关节功能评分、生活质量评分及奥马哈系统健康相关行为的认知、行为和状况评分。结果经过健康教育干预后,观察组患者的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01),关节功能评分和各生活质量指标评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),奥马哈系统健康相关行为的认知、行为和状况评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中医特色社区健康管理体系可促进老年性骨关节炎病情恢复,增强患者健康认知和行为,提高关节功能和生活质量,减轻疼痛感,值得在临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine-based community health management system on awareness of senile osteoarthritis. Methods Ninety-four patients with senile osteoarthritis admitted in our hospital from October 2015 to February 2017 were included. According to whether receiving the characteristic health education of TCM, rehabilitation guidance and nursing or not, the participants were divided into observation group(n=38) and control group(n=56). The scores of pain, joint function, quality of life, cognition, behavior and status of health related behaviors in Omaha system were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention in health education, the VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01); and the score of joint function, quality of life, the scores of cognition, and behavior and state of health related behaviors in the Omaha system were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion The community health management system with traditional Chinese medicine can promote the recovery of senile osteoarthritis, enhance patients′ health cognition and behavior, improve joint function and quality of life, and alleviate pain.更多还原
