响应面法优化南非叶总黄酮的超声提取工艺
Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction Technology for Extracting Total Flavonoids from Vernonia amygdalina by Response Surface Method
【摘要】 为南非叶中总黄酮药理活性的深入研究及制剂的开发应用提供科学依据,以南非叶为原料,采用响应面试验设计优化超声辅助提取南非叶总黄酮的工艺。结果表明:超声辅助法提取南非叶总黄酮的最佳条件为温度50℃、超声时间51min、乙醇体积分数75%、液料比40∶1 (mL∶g),该条件下提取的总黄酮含量为16.47mg/g。
【Abstract】 The ultrasonic assisted extraction technology for extracting total flavonoids fromVernonia amygdalinais optimized by response surface experimental design to provide the scientific basis for further research of pharmacological activity and preparation development of total flavonoids in V.amygdalina.Result:The optimal conditions for extracting total flavonoids fromV.amygdalina by ultrasonic assisted method include 50℃51 min ultrasonic time,75%ethanol content and 40∶1(mL∶g)of liquid-solid ratio.The total flavonoid content is 16.47 mg/g under the optimal conditions.
