【摘要】 为满足贵州现代农业产业结构优化调整和山地特色农业发展的需要,以及为紫苏产业提供品种和技术支撑,贵州省农业科学院油料研究所以贵州紫苏资源为基础材料,利用系统选择和集团混合选择方法,成功选育出优质早紫苏新品种贵苏1号。该品种在2017—2018年贵州不同生态区域联合鉴定试验中的最高产量达145. 85 kg/667m~2,平均产量115. 91 kg/667m~2,比对照(同组试验所有参试品种的平均产量)增产16. 89%,a-亚麻酸含量为64. 80%,油酸含量为17. 40%,亚油酸含量为8. 00%,含油量为39. 97%,蛋白质含量为25. 50%;平均生育期149 d。贵苏1号丰产性及稳产性较好,熟期早、植株较矮、抗倒伏能力强,小穗密集,适宜在贵州紫苏生产区种植推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Guisu 1,a new Perilla frutescens variety with high quality and early maturity,is successfully bred from P. frutescens resources in Guizhou by using systematic selection and mass selection method in Institute of Oil Crops,Guizhou Academy of Agricultural Sciences to meet the demand of optimization adjustment of modern agricultural industrial structure and development of mountainous characteristics agriculture and to provide the technological support and variety for P. frutescens industry. The highest and average yield of Guisu 1 in joint identification test of different ecological areas in Guizhou during 2017-2018 is 145. 85 kg/667 m~2 and 115. 91 kg/667 m~2 respectively. The average yield increases by 16. 89% compared with CK( the average yield of all tested varieties in the same group). The α-linolenic acid,oleic acid,linoleic acid,oil and protein content and growth period of Guisu 1 are 64. 80%,17. 40%,8. 00%,39. 97%,25. 50% and 149 d respectively. Guisu 1 with the advantages of good yielding ability and stability,early maturity,short plant,strong lodging resistance and dense spikelet can be suitably cultivated and popularized in P. frutescens-growing areas in Guizhou.更多还原
