【摘要】 通过选取了福建省2000—2016年的科技金融投入指标与产出指标的时间序列数据,分别运用了DEA模型中的CCR模型与BCC模型和SFA模型进行实证分析,并将两种模型得出的效率分析结果进行对比。研究发现,福建省科技金融发展在部分年份中存在较为严重的非效率情况,同时存在着投入过多与产出不足的情况,通过对技术的改进能够提高整体科技金融发展效率。最后,根据福建省2000—2016年的科技金融发展效率分析结果提出相应的改善福建省科技金融发展效率的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper selects the time series data of technology financial input index and output index of Fujian province from 2000 to 2016 to carry on an empirical analysis by respectively using the CCR model and BCC model in DEA model and the SFA model, and then compares the efficiency analysis results of the two models. The study finds that there is serious inefficiency in the development of science and technology finance of Fujian province in the partial years as well as over-input and the shortage of output, and the technical improvement can improve the efficiency of the overall development of science and technology finance. Finally, according to the analysis results of the science and technology finance development efficiency of Fujian province from 2000 to 2016, the corresponding suggestions are proposed.更多还原
