【摘要】 美国国情咨文作为美国政府的重要文件,代表了政府每年关注和要解决的优先事项。以在1989年至2020年这32年间发布的国情咨文文本为分析语料,借助语料库多功能分析工具PowerConc1.0Beta 25b,基于能突显文本主题意义的主题词,分析和梳理了美国政府一直以来所聚焦的优先事项,并比较了历届不同政府在政策上的倾斜性。结果表明,美国政府在优先事项的方针政策上表现出了延续性、稳定性和时代性,体现了美国政府优先事项的发展思路与时代变迁的共变关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the important government document of the United States, the State of the Union Address presents the government’s priorities to be addressed each year. The data for analysis are composed of the State of the Union Addresses issued from 1989 to 2020. With the help of the analytical tool PowerConc 1.0 Beta 25 b and based on the keywords that highlight the aboutness and the subject matters of the texts, this paper intends to sort out the priorities that the U.S. government has been focusing on and to compare the policy inclinations of different incumbent presidents. The results show that the U.S. government’s priorities are characterized with continuity, stability and timeliness, reflecting the co-variation relationship between the development of the US government’s priorities and the changing times.更多还原
