废水中Hg2+快速检测试纸条研制
Development of Rapid Test Strip for Hg2+ in Wastewater
【摘要】 为了探索快速检测Hg2+的方法,采用水热法制备中空球状的CeO2纳米材料。利用CeO2具有生物酶活性能使四甲基联苯胺(TMB)显色的特点,以DNA适配体和铈基材料构建Hg2+的检测技术,并对试纸条检测条件进行优化。结果表明当CeO2浓度为10 mg/mL,DNA适配体浓度为25μmol/L时检测效果最好。通过检测溶液中的Cd2+、Ni2+、Cr3+,得到具有专一性的CeO2纳米材料制备的试纸条,开发出新的检测Hg2+的有效方法。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the method of rapid detection of Hg2+, hollow spherical nano-CeO2materials were prepared by hydrothermal method.Utilizing the characteristics of CeO2 with biological enzyme activity to make TMB(tetramethylbenzidine) color,the Hg2+ detection technology was constructed with DNA aptamer and cerium-based materials,and the test strip detection conditions were optimized.The results show that the detection effect is best when the concentration of CeO2 is 10 mg/mL and the concentration of DNA aptamer is 25 μmol/L.By detecting Cd2+,Ni2+ and Cr3+ in the solution,a test strip made of specific nano-CeO2materials was obtained,and a new effective method for detecting Hg2+ was developed.
