冬虫夏草中砷的形态分析与评价
Speciation of Arsenic in Cordyceps Sinensis
【摘要】 将高效液相色谱-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱(HPLC-HG-AFS)和响应面优化法相结合,用于同时测定冬虫夏草中亚砷酸根(As(Ⅲ))、二甲基砷(DMA)、一甲基砷(MMA)和砷酸根(As(Ⅴ))四种砷形态化合物。样品用HNO3浸提过夜,恒温振荡,离心,上层清液用针筒式过滤于自动进样器进行定量定性分析。结果表明在0~100μg/L范围内,砷的各个形态均成良好的线性关系,相关系数达0.999以上。对低、中、高三水平进行方法验证,回收率在81.3%~115.0%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.3%~6.7%之间。所建立方法简便易行,可用于准确检测与评价冬虫夏草产品中不同砷形态化合物的含量。
【Abstract】 Four arsenic compounds in cordyceps sinensis,including arsenite(As(Ⅲ)),dimethyl arsenic(DMA),monomethyl arsenic(MMA),arsenate(As(Ⅴ)) are determined by high performance liquid chromatography-hydride generation-atomic-fluorescence spectrometry(HPLC-HG-AFS).The samples were extracted with nitric acid overnight,thermostatically shaken and centrifuged to extract the supernatant for quantitative and qualitative analysis.The results indicated that the speciations of arsenic were in good linear relationship between the range of 0-100 μg/L,and the correlation coefficient was above 0.99.The recoveries ranged from 81.3% to 115.0%,RSDs ranged from 0.3% to 6.7%.The method is simple and convenient for accurate detection of arsenic compounds in cordyceps sinensis.
