【摘要】 采用文献资料法、现场观摩、录像分析、数理统计等研究方法,对2019年青岛全国游泳冠军赛男子50m蛙泳决赛运动员出发、途中游和冲刺阶段等技术进行分析。研究结果显示:1)出发阶段,奖牌组与非奖牌组出发反应时和出水距离均无明显差异,但在出水时间上具有明显差异;2)途中游阶段方面,在划水次数、途中游时间、平均划频、平均划幅、平均游速上,奖牌组与非奖牌组均无明显差异;3)在冲刺阶段方面,奖牌组与非奖牌组具有明显差异,并且两组时间差值达到0.23s;4)奖牌组与非奖牌组运动员的前后程成绩均呈显著性差异,并且发现50m项目的运动员在实战中均采用"一冲到底"的战术。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the methods of documentation, on-the-spot observation, video analysis and mathematical statistics, this paper makes an analysis of the starting, mid-swimming and sprint stages of the men’s 50 m breaststroke finalists in the 2019 Qingdao National Swimming Championship. The results show that: 1) At the starting stage, there is no significant difference between the medal group and the non-medal group in the starting reaction time and the distance to the water, but there is a significant difference in the time to go out of the water.2) In the stage of Midway swimming, there is no significant difference between the medal group and the non-medal group in the number of strokes, the time of Midway swimming, the average stroke frequency, the average stroke length and the average speed. 3) In the stage of sprint, there is a significant difference between the medal group and the non-medal group, and the time difference between the two groups is 0.23 s; 4) There is a significant difference between the medal group and the non-medal group in the future performance.
