蒸汽发生器管板孔在贮存期间的防锈技术

【摘要】 蒸汽发生器管板在车间制造贮存时间较长,为避免管板孔发生腐蚀,需筛选出一种防锈效果优异且适合工程应用的防锈方法。通过中性盐雾和交变湿热试验比较了各种防锈方法的效果,涵盖了工程在用的方法以及拟推荐使用的气相防锈技术。试验后分析管板孔发生腐蚀的原因,并对未腐蚀管板孔所用防锈材料会否释放有害离子并残留在管板孔表面进行了测试分析。结果表明,拟推荐的气相防锈技术防护效果优异,不会释放有害离子而污染被保护面,且操作简便,适用于贮存期间蒸汽发生器管板孔的保护。

【Abstract】 Steam generator tube sheet has to be stored for a long time in the workshop during manufacturing.In order to prevent corrosion of tube sheet holes,it is necessary to determine an effective and suitable anticorrosion method for engineering application.The anticorrosive effects of various methods were compared by neutral salt spray test and damp heat cyclic test,including the methods now used and the volatile corrosion inhibition technology to be recommended.After the tests,the corrosive cause of the tube sheet holes was analyzed,and whether harmful elements were released on the holes′surfaces were identified.According to the test and analysis results,the anticorrosive effect of the volatile corrosion inhibition technology was found to be optimal,which did not release harmful elements and was easy to operate,so it is suitable for the anticorrosion protection of steam generator tube sheet holes during storage.
