可用于制备发泡陶瓷的固废综合利用现状及研究进展

【摘要】 工业固废作为发泡陶瓷产业的主要原料来源,是发泡陶瓷产业可持续发展的一个十分重要的因素。本文重点综述我国可用于制备发泡陶瓷的固体废弃物总体现状、固废组成特征、综合利用途径、产业政策以及存在的问题等,通过分析工业固废制备发泡陶瓷的优缺点、实验室及产业化研究进展,提出固废综合利用制备发泡陶瓷原料研发的方向及建议。

【Abstract】 As the main raw material source of foamed ceramic industry, industrial solid waste is a very important factor for the sustainable development of foamed ceramic industry. This paper focuses on the overview of the overall status of industrial solid waste in China, the characteristics of solid waste composition, comprehensive utilization ways, industrial policies, existing problems, etc. by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of industrial solid waste preparation of foamed ceramic, laboratory and industrial research The direction and suggestion of research and development of foamed ceramic raw materials by comprehensive utilization of solid wastes are put forward.
