【摘要】 目的了解养老机构老年人尿失禁的患病现状及影响因素,为预防及减少养老机构老年人尿失禁的发生提供科学依据。方法选取2016年5-9月济南市33家养老机构的376名老年人,采用一般资料及健康状况调查表、尿失禁严重性指数、简易精神状态量表、阿森斯失眠量表、巴氏指数评定表、患者健康问卷、广泛性焦虑量表简版、单条目孤独评定量表进行问卷调查;通过独立样本t检验、χ~2检验、二元Logistic回归分析筛选出养老机构老年人尿失禁发生的影响因素。结果养老机构老年人尿失禁的患病率为19.24%,多呈中重度。肥胖、便秘、睡眠障碍、孤独、日常生活活动能力受损是养老机构老年人尿失禁发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论养老机构老年人尿失禁的患病率相对较高,且多呈中重度,机构工作人员需充分了解导致尿失禁发生的影响因素,并采取相关措施,预防并减少养老机构老年人尿失禁的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of urinary incontinence(UI) among elderly people in pension institutions, and to provide scientific basis for preventing and reducing the occurrence of UI in pension institutions. Methods Thirty three elderly care institutions in Jinan were selected, and 369 elderly people in the institutions were investigated by general information and health status questionnaire, urinary incontinence severity index, simple mental state scale, Athens insomnia scale, Babbitt index scale, patient health questionnaire, generalized anxiety scale, single item loneliness scale. Independent sample t test, Chi-squared test, and Logistic regression were used to identify the factors influencing the occurrence of urinary incontinence. Results The overall prevalence of UI among elders in pension institutions was 19.24%, and most are moderate and severe. Obesity, constipation, sleep disorder, loneliness and impaired activity of daily living are independent risk factors for UI among elders in pension institutions(P<0.05). Conclusion The prevalence of UI is relatively high among elders in pension institutions. There is a need for staffs of pension institutions to fully understand the influencing factors of UI and take relevant measures to prevent and reduce the occurrence of UI.更多还原
