改进的模糊层次分析法在水工钢闸门可靠性分配中的应用

【摘要】 考虑到水工钢闸门可靠性分配具有多层次、多因素的特点,以及传统的层次分析法确定相对权重的缺陷,采用了改进的模糊层次分析法,综合考虑影响平面露顶闸门、平面潜孔闸门、弧形露顶闸门以及弧形潜孔闸门可靠性的各类因素,建立了相应的层次结构模型,最终对四类闸门进行可靠性分配,结果表明,平面钢闸门分配给主梁及面板的可靠度相对较高,弧形钢闸门分配给主梁、支臂及面板的可靠度相对较高,与实际的闸门工作情况相符,对水工钢闸门结构的设计具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Considering that the reliability distribution of hydraulic steel gates has the characteristics of multiple levels and multiple factors, as well as the defects of the traditional analytic hierarchy(AHP) process in determining relative weights, an improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is adopted to comprehensively consider various factors affecting the reliability of plane open gate, plane submerged gate, radial open gate and radial submerged gate, the corresponding hierarchical structure model is established. The reliability of the four types of gates is allocated. The results show that the reliability of the plane steel gate to the main beam and the face plate, radial steel gate to the main beam and support arm and panel is relatively high, which is consistent with the actual operation of the gate, and the reliability distribution results of four kinds of gates are obtained. The distribution results obtained are consistent with the actual working conditions of the gate, and have certain reference value for the design of hydraulic steel gate structure.
