腐蚀混凝土管道气液两相流非线性有限元分析
Nonlinear Finite Element Analysis of Gas-liquid Two-phase Flow in Corroded Pipelines
【摘要】 针对市政混凝土排水管道腐蚀问题,建立带承插口和橡胶圈的气液两相流腐蚀管道有限元模型,通过在管顶沿壁厚方向对混凝土弹性模量设置不同的折减系数来模拟管道腐蚀,同时对正常管道和腐蚀管道分别进行了流固耦合和多场耦合的非线性有限元分析。结果表明:由于管道承插口的存在,接头处的等效应力会突然增大,且在两端处增大幅度更大;考虑交通荷载和土压力多场耦合共同作用使插口在底部外表面表现为压应力,承口在顶部外表面的底部外表面表现为压应力,且多场耦合作用下承插口的最大主应力明显大于流固耦合;流体对管道的作用是有限的,但在考虑交通荷载和土压力多场耦合共同作用的情况下是不能忽略的;多场耦合作用使管道在管顶和管底呈现出应力集中的现象,腐蚀管道横截面的等效应力变化更快,应力集中现象更明显。
【Abstract】 According to municipal drainage pipeline corrosion of concrete problem, the finite element model of gas liquid two phase flow pipeline corrosion was developed which considering the socket and rubber ring. Through setting different direction at the top of the tube wall thickness reduction factor of elastic modulus reduction to simulate the pipeline corrosion, as well as the normal pipeline and pipeline corrosion respectively the fluid-structure coupling and coupling nonlinear finite element analysis. The results show that the equivalent stress at the joint will increase suddenly due to the existence of pipe socket, and the increase range is larger at both ends. Considering the combined action of traffic load and earth pressure, the socket is shown as compressive stress on the outer surface of the bottom, while the socket is shown as compressive stress on the outer surface of the bottom surface of the outer surface of the top. The effect of fluid on pipeline is limited, but it cannot be ignored when considering the interaction of traffic load and earth pressure. The multi-field coupling causes the phenomenon of stress concentration at the top and bottom of the pipe, the equivalent stress changes faster in the cross section of the corroded pipe, and the stress concentration is more obvious.
