氧化石墨烯对大掺量矿物细粉超高性能混凝土力学性能的影响

【摘要】 通过制备氧化石墨烯大掺量矿物细粉超高性能混凝土,研究了标准养护和蒸汽养护条件下该类混凝土力学性能。研究结果表明:氧化石墨烯掺入使该类混凝土流动度有所降低,但抗压强度和抗折强度得到改善,并且证实氧化石墨烯最佳掺量与养护条件有关;这为制备经济型和环保型氧化石墨烯大掺量矿物细粉超高性能混凝土及工程应用奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 A very high cement content is normally used to produce ultra high performance concrete(UHPC),resulting in a negative environmental impact and a high initial cost. As a part of the efforts to address such challenge, a novel UHPC containing high volume fine mineral admixtures is developed and its properties are investigated. Standard curing and heat curing are employed, respectively. The study demonstrates that the addition of graphene oxide improves the compressive strength and flexural strength of this UHPC, whereas its slump decreases with increasing GO content. The results also confirm that the optimum value of GO dosage is related to the curing regimes. It is expected that the outcome from this work would contribute to the development of low initial cost and greener UHPC and its applications.
