【摘要】 如何实现小农户与大市场的有效对接一直为学者们所关注。新冠肺炎疫情的暴发加剧了农产品城乡对接的困难,引发政府部门及社会的高度关注。本文选择四川省青神县基层妇联主导下的城乡农产品对接案例,基于组织网络化视角,分析不同组织间合作网络的构成、多元主体间的目标耦合与协同发展。研究表明,在整个组织合作网络结构中,基层妇联处于枢纽性节点位置,承担组织服务、资源链接、信息筛选等多项职能,并以此构建起组织间的沟通与信任机制,不仅满足了消费者寻求优质农产品的购买需求,而且帮助小农户拓展销售渠道实现增收,稳定家庭生计安全,从而实现城乡互动融合发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 How to effectively link smallholder farmers to big markets has always been a great concern to scholars. The outbreak of the COVID-19 has exacerbated the difficulties in urban-rural exchanges,attracting attention from the government and social organizations.This article selects the case of sales of agri-products in urban and rural areas led by Women’s Federation in Qingshen County,Sichuan Province. From the perspective of organizational networking,it analyzes the structure of the cooperation networks between different organizations,including matching their goal and coordinating the development of multi-stakeholders. It shows that Women’s Federation in Qingshen County serves as a hub in the inter-organizational networks by providing organizational services,combining resources and screening information,building inter-organizational communication and trust mechanisms. This role helps meet the demands of consumers for high quality agri-products. It also helps smallholder farmers expand sales venues,increase income,and safeguard livelihoods,resulting in harmonious development between urban and rural areas.更多还原
