【摘要】 当前,新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情在全球大流行,这对人冠状病毒检测技术提出了更高的要求。本文基于在中国申请的人冠状病毒检测技术专利文献,从申请/公开趋势、人冠状病毒检测类别分布和趋势、专利申请人、专利转让关系、专利类别和法律状态分布、专利申请人国别分布、高价值专利等方面全面展现该领域中国专利的布局和现状。同时,从权项数、独权数、存活期、同族数、布局国家数这五个方面对比了中美两国申请人的专利,为今后我国本土相关专利申请提供参考和指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, the COVID-2019 is becominga global pandemic, which puts forward higher requirements on human coronavirus detection technology. In this article, the overall layout and current situation of human coronavirus detection patents in China is studied from the following aspects: application/publication trends, species distribution and trend of detected human coronavirus, patent applicant, patent assignment relationship, patent type, legal status, country distribution of applicants, and high value patents. Besides, the patents of China and United States applicants are compared in aspects of claims, independent claims, patent duration, patent families, and distribution of countries. This study can provide reference and guidance for the related patents applicationin future.更多还原
